  • Conforms with local planning policies and guidelines


Bank's valuer and surveyor to assess in detail the likelihood of planning gain success and to evaluate net planning gain, identifying any element of hope value in the acquisition price of the property.

Security to include

  • First charge on property
  • Floating charge (corporate borrowers)
  • Personal Guarantee(s)
  • Life cover, where appropriate

When we fund a higher percentage of market value, we share more in planning gain returns.

Gulf Investment Bank subscribes to the Banking Code and the Business Banking Code.

We are also a member of the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) and are covered by the Financial Ombudsman Service.
