Mr & Mrs T had been living abroad for a number of years as Mr T works for a large multinational company. It was always their intention to return to England once Mr T retired. On a visit to England, they saw the property which they wanted to purchase and needed to secure it quickly. They decided to approach us for bridging finance via our on-line portal. We established that Mr T was entitled to a lump sum under his pension policy and this sum would repay our bridging facility.
With our help they were able to secure the property they wanted to buy and in due course repayment came from Mr T's pension lump sum.
